Errol Amerasekera

Errol Amerasekera has spent 20 years working as a consultant, trainer and senior facilitator, primarily within elite sport, and specialising in culture, leadership, high-performance, and diversity & inclusion.

He has worked with public and private organisations, schools, NGOs, as well as in international war zones such as Sri-Lanka. He is also a teacher and therapist specialising in facilitating structural discrimination using a trauma-informed and person-centric methodology.
